Just the appearance of the Breville bov800xl convection toaster oven looks great. I can see from the picture the front loading tray you mentioned which is a great feature.
We had a different brand on our sailboat, and it had the hassle of the rear access as you mentioned so just that feature alone is a big bonus.
The control of the elements also makes better use to cook better than the other brands, so I believe this is a toaster oven well worth checking out.
